Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a form of guided meditation. Yoga Nidra allows you to effortlessly access your subconscious mind, enter theta brain waves, and become an active creator of your life.

The practice of Yoga Nidra draws your attention inwards, where you begin to transition and alternate between states of wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra is typically practiced lying down, and depending on the class, slow, intentional movements may be offered.

Through these alternating states of wakefulness and sleep, our brain is able to reach a state of equilibrium. It also enters into theta brainwaves, the most creative of all brainwaves. This is where we are able to subconsciously create and design our lives the way we envision it.

Yoga Nidra allows you to effortlessly enter into a deep, tranquil, and harmonious state of being. It is where you will finally be able to access the 'deeper' yogic teachings, such as interconnected wholeness, and becoming aware of your true nature.
