My Story
My background in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Kids Yoga allows me to design classes that are both engaging and accessible, whether I’m guiding young children through playful flows or leading adults in a grounding, breath-centered practice. I believe yoga should be joyful, mindful, and welcoming to everyone, and my teaching style focuses on connecting breath with movement, incorporating creative sequencing, and fostering a supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to explore their practice.

I’ve had the opportunity to teach kids’ yoga at Yoga Playgrounds in Portland, OR and lead a summer yoga camp at the German International School, where I introduced children to yoga in a fun, interactive way. My experience at Yoga Dear in Pennsylvania strengthened my ability to guide Vinyasa and Restorative yoga students through fluid, meditative movement. Whether working with children or adults, I emphasize breath awareness, mindful transitions, and thoughtful sequencing that makes yoga both accessible and empowering.

My background in education deeply influences my approach to teaching yoga. With a Bachelor’s degree in German Studies and Education, I’ve worked as an elementary classroom teacher, German instructor, and international student chaperone. This experience has shaped the way I structure my yoga classes—balancing playfulness and discipline, challenge and support—so that every student, whether child or adult, feels empowered in their practice.

Yoga has been a powerful tool in my life, and I love sharing its benefits with others. Whether you’re looking for a flowing Vinyasa class, a grounding Slow Flow, or an engaging kids’ yoga session, I’d love to guide you on your journey.
