My Story
My classes are an invitation to breathe with the trees, flow like the rivers, and ground into the strength of the mountains. With over two decades of personal practice, I weave breathwork, meditation, and intelligent movement into my teaching, helping students build strength, stability, and ease—both on and off the mat. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, offering a balance of dynamic energy and deep stillness. Whether guiding students through the fluidity of Vinyasa, the meditative surrender of Yin, or the nurturing space of Prenatal Yoga, I meet each student where they are, helping them rediscover their own resilience.
My journey into yoga was shaped by my love of movement, anatomy, and holistic well-being. With a degree in health promotion and exercise science, I integrate modern biomechanics with ancient yogic wisdom, ensuring that my students move in ways that are both empowering and sustainable.
Having completed specialized training in prenatal yoga, I’m especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum transitions. I believe in the sacred strength of motherhood and create a space where expecting parents can find both physical relief and emotional grounding in their practice. My approach naturally complements Earth Breath Yoga’s Prenatal Yoga offerings and Prenatal Massage services, creating a seamless journey of nurturing care and self-discovery.
Off the mat, you’ll find me hiking misty forest trails, swimming in alpine lakes, or sipping chai while watching the rain paint stories on the window. I’m honored to be part of the Earth Breath Yoga community, sharing my love of movement, mindfulness, and the magic of the Pacific Northwest.
Join me for Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, or Prenatal Yoga and reconnect with yourself—one breath at a time.
